On September 20, 2022, Chief Judge Stanley A. Bastian will host the United States District Court's 2022 Pro Bono Representation for Domestic Violence Survivors presentation and CLE event.  Attendees will learn the importance of the Pro Bono Work to Empower and Represent (POWER) Act, enacted by Congress in 2018, the need for advocacy and representation to confront domestic violence, and how legal professionals can assist with this important effort. This complimentary webinar presentation is provided as part of the Eastern District of Washington’s ongoing community outreach initiative.
