The Ninth Judicial Circuit Historical Society (NJCHS) has highlighted the courthouses of the Eastern District of Washington in its Virtual Tour series for the Ninth Circuit.  The first stop on the NJCHS tour focuses on the historical displays located in the courthouse lobbies in Spokane, Richland and Yakima.
