Extended- General Order 20-101-3 Implementation of the CARES Act

On March 30, 2020, the Court issued General Order 20-101-3, guiding court operations under the exigent circumstances created by the Corona Virus (COVID-19). Effective January 30, 2023, this General Order is hereby extended.
