On October 11, 2023 the Court issued General Order No. 2023-27 - 2023 Holiday Schedule
 
The offices of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, including those of the Clerk of Court and Probation Services, will be closed on the Thursday, November 23, 2023, in observance of the Thanksgiving Day Federal Holiday, and Monday, December 25, 2023, in observance of the Christmas Holiday.

In addition, these same offices of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, will be open, but operations will be limited, on:

• Friday, November 24, 2023; and
• Friday, December 22, 2023.

The Court’s CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing throughout this holiday schedule. Those seeking to make in-person filings or payments on November 24, 2023, or December 22, 2023, are directed to leave such materials in designated drop-boxes at the Court Security Officer locations (guard stations) in the entryway of each courthouse. The Court encourages electronic filings made through the CM/ECF filing system, use of the electronic payment system, and use of mail and delivery services on these dates.
