On October 15, 2024, Chief Judge Bastian entered General Order No. 2024-24, establishing the 2024 Holiday Schedule for the Eastern District of Washington.  The 2024 Holiday Schedule for the District Court is as follows:  

•    Thursday, November 28, 2024 (Thanksgiving Day) - Closed;
•    Friday, November 29, 2024 – Open for Limited Operations Only;
•    Wednesday, December 25, 2024 (Christmas Day) - Closed; and
•    Wednesday, January 1, 2025 (New Year’s Day) - Closed.

Pursuant to the General Order, electronic filing is encouraged throughout the Holiday Schedule and drop boxes will be made available at the entrances of each of the District’s courthouses to allow for in-person filings on Friday, November 29, 2024
