On November 7, 2025, Chief Judge Bastian entered General Order No.2025-21, establishing The Court's Holiday Schedule for Calendar year 2025.  The 2025 Holiday Schedule for the District Court is as follows:  

•   Thursday, November 27, 2025 (Thanksgiving Day) - Closed;
•    Friday, November 28, 2025 – Open for Limited Operations Only;
•   Thursday, December 25, 2025 (Christmas Day) - Closed; and
•    Friday, December 26, 2025 – Open for Limited Operations Only; 
•   Thursday, January 1, 2026 (New Year's Day) - Closed; and
•   Friday, January 2, 2026  – Open for Limited Operations Only. 
 

Pursuant to the General Order, electronic filing is encouraged throughout the Holiday Schedule and drop boxes will be made available at the entrances of each of the District’s courthouses to allow for in-person filings on Friday, November 28, 2025, Friday, December 26, 2025 and Friday, January 2, 2026.
