On June 1, 2020, the Court issued the Richland Courthouse and Federal Building Order 20-04, extending the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and closing the Richland United States Courthouse to public access through June 30, 2020, and requiring face coverings/masks and social distancing in the Richland Courthouse and Federal Building effective June 1, 2020.
