The Court has issued General Order 2025-13, establishing the August 11, 2025, requirement for all sealed documents to be filed in paper format at the clerk's offices of the Eastern District of Washington.  As a reminder of successful conventional (paper/non-electronic) filing practices:

•    Wet signatures are required.

•    Service is performed by the filer, outside of the Court's CM/ECF system.

•    Filer is to provide copies to be conformed upon filing.

•    Filer need only file one original with the Court.

•    There will be no access to sealed documents in CM/ECF.
