Payments

All Pay.gov services will be unavailable on Saturday,
December 13th from 3pm-7pm PST for routine maintenance. This will impact the Pay.gov website and CM/ECF payment
functionality.

Pay.gov has a minimum payment amount of $5.01 effective
8/2/2024. If you need to make a payment for under this amount, please visit us at one of our courthouse locations for
assistance or please mail in your payment request with a check or money order.

Payments for Criminal Debt

You may make online payments for criminal debt such as special assessments, fines and criminal restitution. Payments are made through the U.S. Treasury website, Pay.gov (link is external)

Please Note: Payments for Certificate of Good Standing/Duplicate Certifcate of Admission requests are non-refundable. Please be sure to verify the status of Good Standing prior to submission. Attorney Status Lookup

Payment for Copy Requests

You may make online payment for Copy Fees. Payments are made through the U.S. Treasury website, Pay.gov (link is external). Contact the Clerk’s Office once payment is made to order your copies by phone, 509-458-3400.

Refund Request for CM/ECF or Pay.gov transaction

Complete a request using the Request for Pay.gov Refund form and attach backup documentation. Email the form and backup documentation to finance@waed.uscourts.gov. (link sends an email)
Reimbursement can take up to two weeks.
