Congratulations on your selection to serve as a law clerk in the Eastern District of Washington! Below are the necessary forms we need to process your new appointment. Please begin by reading the Welcome Letter, as it contains useful information and will assist you in completing the forms. Email HR@waed.uscourts.gov if you have questions about completing the forms. Please email or bring completed forms with you on your first day of employment.
All new appointments are subject to passing an FBI Background Check or Investigation, depending on position. You will need to be fingerprinted in advance of your appointment.
