Pay.gov has a minimum payment amount of $5.01 effective 8/2/2024. If you need to make a payment for under this amount, please visit us at one of our courthouse locations for assistance or please mail in your payment request with a check or money order.
Payments for Criminal Debt

Payment for Copies and Miscellaneous Document Requests
- You may make online payment for Copy Fees and miscellaneous fees. Payments are made through the U.S. Treasury website, Pay.gov. Contact the Clerk’s Office once payment is made to order your copies by phone, 509-458-3400.

Refund Request for CM/ECF or Pay.gov transaction
Complete a request using the Request for Pay.gov Refund form and attach backup documentation. Email the form and backup documentation to finance@waed.uscourts.gov.
Reimbursement can take up to two weeks.
