Introducing EDWArd — Your New Automated Assistant!

Introducing EDWArd — Your New Automated Assistant!

We're excited to announce the launch of EDWArd, our new chatbot designed to help you quickly find the information you need!

How it works:
Simply start a chat with EDWArd by clicking on the blue icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and ask your question. EDWArd will search for the information you're looking for and provide you with an answer in real time. Along with each answer, EDWArd will include links to the source pages the information was pulled from, so you can click through and view the full webpage for more details.

Need more help?
If EDWArd isn't able to fully answer your question, don't worry — you'll be seamlessly transferred to one of our live team members who can assist you further. If a live person is not available, you will be given an option to leave your phone and email for us to reach you at the next available opportunity. Our office is open from 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday.

Important Safety Reminder:
Please do not share sensitive personal information — such as your Social Security Number (SSN), banking details, passwords, or account numbers — in your chat with EDWArd or any live representative through this channel. We will never ask for this type of information via chat.

We're excited for you to try EDWArd and hope it makes finding what you need faster and easier than ever!
