Reporting Instructions / Juror Status

It is your responsibility to check your reporting instructions and status as directed throughout your two-week on-call term.

To view your reporting instructions or the status of an excuse request, access the online system below. You will need your 9-digit participant number, located on the front of your summons. Once logged in, select “Current Status” to view your status, reporting date, time, and courthouse location.

Or, you may call the Jury Information Line at 1 (866) 249-5932 (toll free). Select Option 1 and enter your 9-digit participant number when prompted.

The automated system will provide your current reporting instructions and advise you whether you need to report or check again for updated instructions, as well as your excuse status if applicable.

How Often Do I Need to Check?

You do not need to check your reporting instructions every day.

When you check your status, you will receive instructions for that week’s reporting schedule, including whether you need to report or when you should check again.

Always listen to the entire message and follow the instructions provided through the online system or automated phone line.

If You Are Instructed to Report

If you are instructed to report for jury selection, plan to remain at the courthouse for the entire day.

Except for scheduled breaks, you should not expect to leave the courthouse to attend appointments, conduct business, or run errands.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
